At Keeisea, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return policy.

Preconditions:

  • Fulfilled orders can not be canceled.
  • According to the tracking information, the warranty period is 30 days after the product is shipped (if you need to return the product, please contact us within 30 days).
  • Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
  • Second return is not accepted.
  • Shipping fee of returning will be paid by customers because the shoes don't fit, don't like it, arriving late and other subjective reasons.
  • Please make sure the order number you provide is correct. Customers will be responsible for the consequences of sending the wrong order number.
  • The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

Return Steps

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team by online chat or email.
  • Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Photos including the shoes' bottom and shoe box label.
  • Please package the item(s) securely in their original packaging, with all tags attached, and include a copy of the original invoice or packing slip.
  • Return the product to the return address provided by the staff.

NOTES:

  • You will be responsible for the cost of the return.
  • If you are shipping an item over $40, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Please note that Return without contacting our service is not accepted.
  • Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
  • We offer a full refund on any product that is clearly faulty or damaged due to our fault.

About when refunds are processed

Upon arrival, please allow our returns team 1-3 business days to process your item. All items returned are thoroughly inspected post-arrival. Please note, refunds may take an additional 5-7 business days to reflect on your given bank statement. All refunds will be processed to the original form of payment. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at service@keeisea.com

Exchanges (if applicable)


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at service@keeisea.com

Return Address:

Please contact our Customer Service(service@keeisea.com) if you wish to return any items to the nearest return address. You will receive a response as soon as possible.

Product

We encourage every Keeisea customer to use the Keeisea size chart to select the correct size before placing an order. And we will place the size chart on each product page.

If you are are not sure of your shoe size, you can measure your feet with help of a Ruler or Brannock Device.In order to provide a better shopping experience, contact us (service@keeisea.com) with no hesitation if you have any size problem.

If not, we may provide some similar styles for you to choose from. Of course, you can also directly cancel the order and we will give a refund.

Shipping

All orders are allotted 1-3 business days for processing,including those with expedited shipping. All packages are processed and shipped Monday through Friday from 9:00 am-6:00 pm PST, with the exception of national holidays where carriers do not pick up packages.Please check theShipping Informationfor more details.Some styles may be available for pre-order. If an item is back-ordered, the shipping timeframe will be indicated in red lettering on the product’s page.

We generally update order information 2-5 days after you place your order. We will send an email to the email address you purchased the product from with the shipping number. If you would like shipping tracking details, please enter your shipping number on the tracking order page.

If you have not received your delivered order or if your order was lost in transit, please contact us and we will be happy to help you.

If the PayPal account with which you paid your order is no longer available, please contact the PayPal customer service to reopen it. And then send an email message to us with your order number for a refund. Keeisea will return the money to your old PayPal account within 3 business days.

Should you choose to return an item you paid to ship VIA expedited shipping, your shipping charge will NOT be refunded with your return. This charge is paid to our shipping carrier to ensure you receive your item in the allotted time frame selected at checkout.  

Gift cards purchased online are not eligible for return.

We currently accept orders using the following payments: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, PayPal.

By law, Keeisea is required to collect sales tax on all applicable orders. The tax rate applied to your order will generally be the combined state and local rate for the address to which your order is shipped. This is calculated by a third party. All charges will be applied to your order prior to order placement.

If you live in an apartment please be sure to fill in your apartment number so that you can receive your shoes, otherwise we will have difficulty delivering them.

Orders

There is generally a small window of time immediately after your order is placed in that it could be cancelled. To see if your order can be cancelled, contact our customer service department. If we are unable to cancel your order, you may return your item for a refund (excluding shipping charge and return postage).

Check the status of your online order at your convenience by logging into your Keeisea account.If you don't have an account then you can check the email address you had when you placed your order and we will usually send a copy of the order information to your email address. If you still can't find it, you can contact our customer service department and we'll be happy to help you.
